Joe Longobardi was originally born in West Germany while his father was in
the military, growing up mostly in Europe and Asia. Joe did however, spend
every summer with grandparents in Wildwood, NJ. After seeing "Jaws" at age
5, an obsession formed with sharks, marine biology and anything to do with
the water. From age 13 through college, he worked summer jobs on charter
fishing boats and a jet ski rental at the Jersey shore.

Finishing college and avoiding reality, Joe moved to the Florida Keys to
scuba dive and spearfish for six months before relenting to get a "real
job". He moved to Sarasota, Florida, to work in propane sales for five
years before his love of the water eventually drew him to the boat business.
Starting in Miami, he cut his teeth with an "Old School" yacht brokerage.
Tiring of mainly the Miami traffic, he left the Biscayne Bay for the
Chesapeake Bay; having been offered a job with the North Atlantic Marine
Group. Well versed with selling new boats the likes of Albemarle, Bertram,
Fairline, Ocean Yachts, Regulator and Tiara, Joe made his final move to the
Alliance Marine Group, started by his old college buddy, Jeff Beane.

Alliance Marine Group has since gone on to be very successful and a breath
of fresh air for their customers. By understanding customer service and
always remembering the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them
do unto you".

Adam Twigg was born and raised literally in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay, on Kent Island. Growing up in a place where it’s hard to go anywhere without seeing the water, Adam has spent many days on the bay boating, fishing and crabbing. He has been with Alliance Marine Group since the winter of 2005. Although new to the business, he is a natural; his outgoing personality, honesty and determination confirms to us that he will succeed in this business and in life.
